Because two hotels in the same category can have very different challenges. Our quote is calibrated to your actual situation, not a generic scale. What's constant: full budget transparency before any commitment.

The audit ROI is typically covered by the second month of implementation — through direct savings or revenue increases. We never start a mission if we don't believe it will be profitable for you.

Do I need to commit long-term?+

No. The diagnostic audit is a one-off engagement with no mandatory follow-up. Some clients stop there — the report gives them enough to act themselves. Others choose ongoing support. You decide.
