Keo Consulting was built on a simple observation: in hospitality, there is no shortage of diagnostics. What's missing is the ability to turn them into concrete results, fast, in the field, with a clear reading of financial impact.

Kelvin and Henry partnered because their expertise is complementary by nature. One spent 8 years in European luxury hotels and palaces understanding what makes an operation work, or fail, day to day. The other spent 9 years in leading audit firms dissecting P&Ls, restructuring balance sheets and valuing hotel assets. Together, they cover exactly what neither could cover alone.

The name Keo, Kelvin and Henry, says everything: this is a boutique practice, with no intermediary, no junior between you and the expertise. Every engagement is led by one of the two founders.
